Arizona Parks and Recreation Association’s

Leave No Child Inside Photo Contest

Leave No Child Inside is the theme of the 2008 Arizona Parks and Recreation Annual Conference.  The conference activities and programs will educate, share, celebrate and expand on all aspects of understanding people’s connection with nature.  The best way we can think to learn about Arizona’s collective meaning of Leave No Child Inside is to see it in pictures.

Submit your photos and join us at the conference!

Categories:

Urban Experience: Connections with nature don’t have to happen on summer vacations or weekend trips to distant places.  It happens everyday in the smallest of ways – you may even drive by it on your commute to work.

Best Moment on the Job: Long hours, tight budgets, less than market pay?  Maybe, but we are all here for a bigger reason.  Share that great moment when you truly understand why you are in the Parks and Recreation field.

Leave No Inner Child Inside: You know exactly what we’re talking about.  Do you have a photo that captures when your inner child came out?  It happens a lot outside!

Kids and Critters:   The media may want us to think critters are intimidating but we bet your photos are more inspiring than scary.

The Brave New World:  Understanding the problem is just as important as understanding the solution.  Show us the photos that explain what children and society are plugged into today.

Most Unique Experience:  Here is your chance to surprise us with what we never saw coming!

Prizes: check back more are being added!!
