APRA Conference & Trade Show - Educational Sessions
August 27-30, 2012 ~ Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort
CALL FOR SESSIONS!
The Arizona Parks and Recreation Association is inviting all interested speakers to submit an education session proposal for our annual conference. The conference will be held at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort, Scottsdale, Arizona from August 27 – 31. The two days devoted to education sessions are Wednesday and Thursday, August 29 and 30.
We are seeking dynamic speakers and leaders who can share knowledge, experience, and best practice techniques related to the work of parks and recreation. We recommend that you review all of the information provided on the downloadable form prior to submission.
We are accepting proposals for concurrent sessions, which take place in 1.25 hours, 2.25 hours and 3.25 hours time blocks. You must submit session proposals through the Conference 2012 proposal form.
WHO SHOULD CONSIDER SUBMITTING PROPOSALS?
• Park and recreation professionals
• Park and recreation educators and related educators
• Park and recreation students
• Park and recreation vendors, contractors and related groups
• Professional speakers
• Anyone else interested in sharing their knowledge with park and recreation professionals
• Presenters should have experience speaking at state, regional or national conferences, schools or seminars
