Greetings from the Arizona Parks and Recreation Association:

The 62nd Annual APRA Educational Conference and Trade Show will be held at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess  in Scottsdale, Arizona; Monday, August 27 through Friday, August 31, 2012.  As always, this promises to be an exciting conference.  Two days of the Exhibit Hall, with hours dedicated JUST to our exhibitors, plus your participation in the opening night social in the Exhibit Hall, equal  countless opportunities to network with hundreds of Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Professionals from all across the state.

We are contacting prospective exhibitors that we have learned about through our contacts at various cities and towns across Arizona.  Click here to view the vendor contract and the exhibit hall layout.  We are looking forward to you potentially being a part of our conference this year.   If you still need to submit your contract, please do so as soon as possible or contact us for more information.

With the economy beginning to rebound and budgets stabilizing, we are anticipating our largest conference attendance in recent memory.  We hope you choose to participate as an exhibitor in this year's conference and would appreciate it if you could let us know one way or the other so we can continue planning.

All Exhibitors will receive the following: 
  • Indoor  8'X8' or 8’X10’ booth space per the exhibit hall diagram
  • Contact list of the conference delegates
  • Recognition in the on-site Trade Show Program
  • Four complimentary tickets for Trade Show lunches (Wednesday & Thursday)
  • Two complimentary tickets for Trade Show Continental Breakfast (Wednesday & Thursday)
  • Exhibitor badges for booth workers
WAIT! Are you an APRA Associate member? If so, take 15% off your booth space!!   Confirm your participation with your deposit before February 1, 2012, and receive an additional $100 discount. (Reduced rate does not apply to sponsorships)
