Boards and Commissions Roundtable (not just for board members!)

This round table will be focused on the needs of Boards and Commission Members, Directors, and Parks & Recreation Staff. The main objective is to discuss how they can work together to be more effective.  

If you serve on a board, or if you work with a board in your agency, then we want your participation!  Topics are open for discussion but listed below are a few items that will start the conversation:

1. What commissioners want/need
2. Staff expectations from commission members
3. Running an effective meeting and agendas
4. Who's meeting is it?
5. Collaboration
