Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand there will be a rare occasion when a vendor or sponsor will be required to cancel. Cancellations prior to April 1, 2018 will receive a refund for half of the original booth space fee only. After April 1 APRA will no longer issue refunds as the committee has invested significant time and resources in the events and programs.

Room Nights

APRA has pre-negotiated a room block for all who are attending the APRA Annual Conference. These rooms will be booked directly through the Westin Kierland, a link will be available at a later date and will be sent to you. 

Please beware of housing scams. Only book your hotel through the number or website that have been provided. These rates include all fees.
