A copy of your QR code on the Wild Apricot app is required for all registered attendees at check-in. Photo ID may be required.

Due to Covid waivers, all members are required to check-in in person. You may not pick up other attendee badges. 

*   No meal tickets can be purchased on-site.

    APRA swag will be available. On-site purchases require a credit card. 

On-site registrations will not be available in 2021.

Covid Protocols

APRA pledges to monitor conference delegates closely and discreetly assist delegates who feel ill during the event. For your fellow professionals' health and safety, we ask that you abide by the guidelines.


All conference attendees: Delegates, Exhibitors, Volunteers and Speakers will be required to sign a waiver upon checking in.


Masks are mandatory at gatherings that: are held indoors or any outdoor event where a minimum of six feet distance cannot be maintained. Any attendee not abiding by these guidelines, will be asked to leave the premises and will not receive a refund.

Session Check-in

All attendees will need to download and set up the Attendify app using your member information. Room hosts will scan this app to check you into each session.

Classroom Seating

Room layouts have been adjusted to allow for spacing between seated individuals. Once room seats are filled the room will be closed. No standing will be allowed.

To ensure that APRA can provide notification to event attendees with potential or confirmed exposure to COVID-19, please complete the form below to notify APRA staff of a confirmed or exposure to COVID-19 either at the conference or two weeks post conference.    Link to the reporting form here

Registration Package Details

Pre-Conference Seminars

Each workshop is presented by leading national industry professionals and will be held on Monday, November 1st. Lunches are scheduled for one hour and are not included in the registration fee. 

Pre-Conference Seminar will not have on-site registration available.

Full Conference

Tuesday and Wednesday Education Sessions, Two Lunch Tickets, Exhibit Hall and Evening Social Access

Single Day 

Education Sessions and Lunch Ticket

If you would like to request a CEU certificate for sessions attended, complete the on-line form before January 5, 2022.

Sessions are listed on the APRA Conference App, you need session titles.

Attendee registration and payment will be verified before approval and certificate are sent. Please allow four weeks to receive the approved certificate from the CEU Accreditation Chair, Franz Fuhrmann.

Option to purchase CEUs were in the event registration. If you did not purchase during the registration process you will need to contact the APRA office and request they be added to your account. 

Important Registration Payment Details



A refund for half of the amount of the delegate registration fee will be granted to cancellations made in writing on or before September 1st. No refunds will be given after September 1.

Name changes and substitutions are allowed, details must be sent in writing to admin@azpra.org minimum of 14 days prior to the conference. View full terms of registration.

APRA has been working closely with the host hotel to ensure all attendees a safe environment. To keep the risk of spreading Covid-19 to a minimum, anyone attending the conference must be responsible for their personal being. This includes frequent hand washing, using sanitizer, wearing your mask at all conference activities, and remaining a minimum of six feet apart.

Any attendee not following Covid protocols will be removed from the event and will not receive a refund - no exceptions!
