Conservation Alliance Speakers Series

  • Thursday, May 08, 2014
  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
  • Rio Salado Audubon Center Skyline Room 3131 S Central Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85040

Dr. Megha Budruk-

"Place and its role in public land management"

Entry to the Rio Salado Audubon Center and vehicle parking is free.

The aim of the speaker series is to share expertise, and connect land managers, scientists, educators, community members, and conservation professionals around a common goal for ecological and recreational sustainability of the Valley's mountain park preserve system. These brown bag lunch-style presentations will occur at variety of locations across the Valley accessible to Conservation Alliance partners and the community. Typically, a given session will have two presenters, each giving a primer of his/her topic with supporting documentation made available afterward to those who desire more information but on May 8th we will be presenting one speaker with a very insightful and emotional topic.

I would ask that you please distribute this invitation as you see fit within or outside of your organizations. A PDF file of the poster is attached to the e-mail in order to ease the ability to share the information.

A light lunch will be provided courtesy of the Central Arizona Conservation Alliance.
