IMPORTANT CPSI EXAM DAY INFORMATION

• Test is administered by a third party contracted with NRPA
• Arrive by 8:00AM with 2 forms of ID to check in
• Test begins promptly at 8:30 AM 

REQUIRED ON TEST DAY:

• Two forms of ID (drivers license and any other form that contains your name AND signature, ie. credit card) 
• Two #2 pencils, they will not be provided on-site
• Food/drink not permitted in the testing area

EXAM RESULTS:

• NRPA will direct mail your results approximately six (6) weeks after testing to the address provided at sign-in. 

Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be processed after March 2, 2020 for the CPSI course and exam. No shows and last minute cancellations are still responsible for full payment as APRA has guaranteed the number of participants with NRPA and the testing center.

Registration transfers can be made in writing BEFORE April 4th, after this date no changes can be made to the registration. If changes need to be made email admin@azpra.org

The Force Majeure Clause shall apply to all APRA event registrations.
