Exhibit Hall

The APRA Annual Conference is the largest gathering of park and recreation professionals in the State of Arizona, and the best event for companies to showcase their products and services to hundreds of people with purchasing power from the park and recreation field and beyond.

Registration Information

BOOTH OPTIONS
  • 10 x 10 Standard ($1,400) booth space
  • 10 x 10 Premium ($1,600) booth space | Premium Spaces available for Sponsors only


REGISTRATION INCLUDES

  • (1) draped table, (2) chairs, (1) draped backdrop, side railings, an I.D. sign with the company name/booth number, and (1) trash can. 
  • (2) Exhibitor Badges 
    • Badge includes lunch Thursday.
    • Entry will be limited to the expo hall only. Attendance at other conference related activities requires registration before the registration deadline. Certain sponsored events will be limited to invite by the sponsor only.  


SPECIAL NOTES

  • A $100 per booth fee will be assessed by the hotel. Ensure your staff knows APRA paid this fee in advanceand if onsite staff is approached, do not pay it.
  • Hotel staff will require each Exhibitor to sign an "Exhibitor Hold Harmless Agreement" upon check-in.
  • Vendor badges are required to enter the exhibit hall; if more than two badges are needed for staff, you must register in advance.

    Registration Process

    STEP 1. View the floor plan and select your preferred space number(s).

        Have a backup in case your preferred space is already reserved. 


    STEP 2. Contact Linda Ayres, Exhibit Hall Chair, to discuss booth space and/or sponsorship request. Once booth space(s) are

        confirmed with Linda, complete the Exhibitor Agreement form. 


    STEP 3. Complete the Exhibitor Agreement:

    STEP 4. After completing the Exhibitor Agreement, an autogenerated email reply will be sent to the email you list in the form. The reply message will contain the registration link and code. Registration and payment must be made within 3 business days of receipt of the link. Any reserve status booths that remain unpaid after the grace period will automatically be released and open to others for purchase.


     All payments must be processed on-line using a credit card, debit card or ACH within 15 minutes of registration

    or the system will automatically cancel. If paying via ACH, please email the office ASAP.


    STEP 5. Send Certificate of Insurance. Read requirements carefully to ensure specific requests located in the exhibitor agreement are included in the policy. An eCertificate needs to be sent to admin@azpra.org

    Exhibitor Check-In, Booth Load-In and Set-Up


    Load in doors will be closed at 4:30 pm. Set up past 4:30 will be allowed inside the expo hall with prior approval. You must be checked in with both CSI and Exhibit Hall Chair to be inside the exhibit hall space.
