To receive the member registration discount, your APRA membership must be active and paid in full. Member discount based on your membership status, not your agency. The system requires members to log in from the home page before member rates are available. 

If you miss the registration deadline you will be required to register on-site, if spots are available. 

** On-site registrations are not available in 2021 based on pandemic limits. 

    No social or meal tickets can be purchased on-site.

    Due to Covid protocols, seating will be limited and the total number of registrations and classroom seating will be limited.

System automatically cancels UNPAID REGISTRATIONS within 15 minutes. A credit card must be used to pay at time of booking.

Pre-Conference Seminars

Pre-Conference Seminars and Workshops are added to the conference schedule to further provide attendees with opportunities for professional growth and CEUs.

Each workshop is presented by leading national industry professionals and will be held on Monday, November 1st. Lunches are scheduled for one hour and are not included in the registration fee. Separate registration and payment required to attend a Pre-Conference Seminar.

Payment Policy

Registrations must be processed on-line using a credit card, P-Card or PayPal account at the time of registration. Any registration without a valid method of payment at time of registration is considered incomplete and will be automatically removed from the event.



A refund for half of the amount of the delegate registration fee will be granted to cancellations made in writing on or before September 1st. No refunds will be given after September 1.

Name changes and substitutions are allowed, details must be sent in writing to minimum of 14 days prior to the conference. View full terms of registration.

APRA has been working closely with the host hotel to ensure all attendees a safe environment. To keep the risk of spreading Covid-19 to a minimum, anyone attending the conference must be responsible for their personal being. This includes frequent hand washing, using sanitizer, wearing your mask at all conference activities, and remaining a minimum of six feet apart.

Any attendee not following Covid protocols will be removed from the event and will not receive a refund - no exceptions!
