*In order to receive the member discount your APRA membership must be current and paid in full.  The member discount is based on each person's individual membership status, not your agency. The registration desks are located between the Trailblazer and Kierland Ballrooms.

Registration Desk Hours:

  • Monday 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

You will be asked for a photo ID to receive your conference packet. You may pick up co-worker bags but will be required to sign a waiver stating you are taking responsibility. Before arriving please check your account and ensure payment has been made. 

All accounts are required to be paid in full OR a signed PO sent to the APRA office no later than July 13, 2018. Unpaid accounts will not receive entrance to the conference unless payment in full is made on-site.

Registrants not providing APRA with a method of payment will be considered an incomplete registration and will not be able to attend APRA conference. APRA accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as valid forms of payment. *Purchase Orders are not considered a form of payment.

Pre-Conference Seminars

Pre-Conference Seminars are all-day workshops held on Monday, July 23, presented by leading national professionals. There are separate fees to attend a Pre-Conference Seminar. Pre-Conference seminars are scheduled from 8 AM – 4 PM with an hour for lunch from 12 PM – 1 PM. Lunch is not included in registration fee.

Volunteer Discounts

APRA is looking for volunteers to serve in many capacities. Each volunteer is required to work a minimum of 4 hours. In exchange for volunteering onsite, volunteers will receive a 25% discount on their APRA conference registration. More details can be found on the volunteer page of the website. 

If you are interested, please register as usual and check the box to be contacted by the Volunteer Co-Chairs Stacy LaFortune and Jenn Lauria. After approval your account will be adjusted with the discounted fee, please do not make payment until your account has been adjusted with the discount.


Arizona Parks and Recreation Fellowship (APRF) has a number of scholarships available throughout the year. For more details and to apply please check the APRF website.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

A refund for half of the amount of the registration fee will be granted to cancellations made in writing on or before June 1, 2018. Name changes and substitutions are allowed, details must be sent in writing to the APRA Office no later than July 16. Regrettably, no refunds will be given on cancellations received on or after June 1. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.

Purchase Order 

Payment Policy

If your organization is required to submit a purchase order for payment, please send the approved purchase order document with registration invoice to the APRA Office. Purchase Orders are not considered a form of payment and are subject to the Cancellation Policy. This option is extended to all current agency memberships only.

All accounts are required to be paid in full no later than July 16, 2018. Payments received after July 16, 2018, will not receive entrance to the conference unless payment in full is made on-site unless an approved PO has been sent to the APRA office.
