| To receive the member registration discount, your APRA membership must be active and paid in full. New member registrations cannot be added to the system after June 1. Member discount based on your membership status, not your agency. The system requires members to log in from the home page before member rates are offered. If you register and pay at the incorrect rate, thank you for your donation. APRA will not make changes once payment has been processed. |

Volunteer | A minimum of 4-volunteer service hours qualifies you for a 25% discount on your conference registration package. To access the discount registration code, you must first finalize details with the Volunteer Co-Chairs |
Speaker | Speakers will receive a discount on selected conference registration package. Once your agreement has been signed, the program committee chair will share the code with you. |

Scholarship Assistance | If you are in need to assistance to attend the annual conference, the Arizona Parks and Recreation Fellowship (APRF) has several scholarship opportunities available. Fore more details and submission links click here. The last deadline to apply before conference is June 1st. |

Payment Details + Terms of Registration |
Payment Policy | Registrations must be processed on-line using a credit card, P-Card or PayPal account at the time of registration. Any registration without a valid method of payment at time of registration is considered incomplete and will be automatically removed from the event. |
Cancellation Policy | A refund for half of the amount of the delegate registration fee will be granted to cancellations made in writing on or before May 31. No refunds will be given after June 1. |
Registration Transfers | Registration may be transferred to another representative from your agency at no charge until August 1. Transfer requests must be sent in writing to admin@azpra.org no later than August 1st. If necessary, fee differences will be assessed due to membership status. |
