Interested in reserving a booth at the annual conference?
Follow these steps:
1. View the floor plan to decide your preferred space number(s). Have a back up incase your preferred space is already reserved.

2. Contact Linda Ayres, Exhibit Hall Chair, to discuss booth space and/or sponsorship request. Once booth space has been confirmed with Linda.
3. Complete the Exhibitor Agreement.

4. After the exhibitor agreement has been received you will be emailed an invoice from APRA (firstname.lastname@example.org). The invoice will be emailed to the main contact listed on the exhibitor agreement. Submit payment by clicking on the “view/pay invoice online” link located at the bottom of the invoice.
Payment must be made within 3 business days of receipt of the invoice. Any reserve status booths that remain unpaid after the grace period will automatically be released and open to others for purchase.
Payment Methods. Due to the pandemic, APRA staff is working from home; therefore, all payments must be processed on-line using a credit card.
